1. Supersets & Giant Sets: Combine exercises back-to-back to hit opposing or similar muscle groups without rest. Supersets are quick and effective for ramping up intensity and keeping your heart rate up!
2. Drop Sets: Start heavy, then drop the weight and keep going. This technique lets you fully fatigue the muscle, perfect for building endurance and volume.
3. Rest-Pause Sets: Go heavy, rest briefly, then push for more reps. This is all about squeezing out extra reps while avoiding burnout.
4. Time-Bound Workouts: Got 45 minutes? Set a timer, and make every second count. Track your progress and aim to beat your own record next time.
5. Slow Negatives: Slow down the negative phase of your rep. This adds time under tension and amps up muscle engagement for serious growth.
